Privacy Policy
- Effective 24 October 2026
- Last updated 24 October 2026
In short
- We collect only what you send us (the contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone) and, for interns, the details needed to run the program and issue certificates.
- We use it to reply, prepare quotes, deliver projects, run the internship and let people check certificates. We do not sell it.
- A few named providers handle it for us, such as our host and our email service. Some store data outside India.
- This site sets one cookie, only when an intern signs in to the dashboard, and shows no advertising.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected].
1. Who we are
This website, www.dremorait.in, is run by DREMORA IT Consultants & Services ("Dremora IT", "we", "us"), Pune, Maharashtra 411032, India. Email [email protected], phone +91 9309795878.
For personal data collected through this site, we are the data fiduciary: we decide why and how it is used.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, your business name (optional), what you need, a budget range (optional) and your message. We also record that you ticked the consent box.
When you message, email or call us
Whatever you choose to send on WhatsApp or by email, and your number or address so we can reply.
If you are an intern
Your name, email, phone number, college, course, internship domain, batch, mentor, start and end dates, progress, attendance and tasks completed, the profile links you give us (GitHub, LinkedIn, portfolio), your photo if you provide one, mentor remarks, and your certificate number and certificate file.
When someone checks a certificate
The certificate check shows anyone who enters a valid Internship ID the intern's name, Internship ID, certificate number, domain, batch, start and end dates and status. It does not show contact details, college or remarks. We do not record who runs a check, apart from the technical data below.
Technical data
Our host records technical data for every request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
3. Why we use it
- Replying to your enquiry.
- Preparing a quote and, if you go ahead, delivering your project.
- Running the internship program and issuing certificates.
- Letting employers and others confirm that a certificate is genuine.
- Keeping the site secure and stopping spam and abuse of our forms.
- Meeting legal obligations, such as tax records for paid work.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not send newsletters.
4. Consent and withdrawal
You give consent for your enquiry by ticking the box on the contact form before sending it. Interns give consent when they join the program. When you message, email or call us yourself, we use your details only to reply.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or sending "withdraw consent" on WhatsApp. That is as easy as giving it. We then stop using your data for that purpose and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did before it. For interns, withdrawing consent means we can no longer keep your certificate verifiable.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. These providers process data for us, only to provide their service:
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts this website and runs the contact form and certificate check | Technical data for every visit; form submissions as they pass through |
| Resend | Delivers contact form submissions to our inbox | Everything you enter in the contact form |
| Google (Gmail) | Our email inbox | Contact form submissions and emails you send us |
| Supabase | Database and file storage for intern records and certificates | Intern data listed in section 2 |
| Meta (WhatsApp) | Messages, if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp | Your number and the messages you send |
| jsDelivr and Google Fonts | Deliver code and fonts to the intern dashboard and admin pages only | Technical data (IP address, browser) when those pages load |
We also share data when the law requires it, for example on a valid order from a court or government authority.
6. Where it is stored
Our providers run servers in several countries, and some of them store or process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Each one is bound by its own security and privacy terms. We will follow any restriction the Government of India places on transfers to particular countries.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as its purpose needs, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Project and payment records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and who we have shared it with
- correct data that is wrong, complete data that is incomplete, or update it
- erase your data once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it
- stop using your data by withdrawing consent (section 4)
- hear and resolve a complaint (section 12)
- let another person you nominate use these rights for you if you die or become unable to
Email [email protected] from the address or number we know you by, so we can confirm it is you. We reply within one month.
9. Children
This site is not aimed at children. If an internship applicant is under 18, we process their data only after verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, and we do not track or profile them.
10. Cookies and analytics
This site sets one cookie, and only when an intern signs in to the dashboard: a strictly necessary session cookie that holds your Internship ID in signed form, so the dashboard can show your record and no one else's. It cannot be read by scripts on the page, is sent only to this site, is not used for tracking and expires after 2 hours. Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
We do not use analytics or tracking tools.
11. Security and breaches
Every page and form is served over HTTPS. The contact form and certificate check run on our server, which checks every input and limits repeated submissions to block spam and guessing.
No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform the people affected and the Data Protection Board of India, in the way and within the time the law requires.
12. Grievance Officer
Email: [email protected]
Address: DREMORA IT Consultants & Services, Pune, Maharashtra 411032, India
We acknowledge every grievance and resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you by email or WhatsApp before it applies.
